Coastline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is NOW HIRING experienced Automotive Technicians (Levels 2–3, CDJR preferred) and also open to Mainline A & B level Technicians to join our fast-growing Service Department! Pay: $45–$65/hour (DOE & certifications)
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders per dealership and factory standards
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs across all vehicle systems
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about additional repairs and estimates
- Test and ensure proper functioning of electronic, mechanical, and safety systems
- Train and mentor apprentice or entry-level technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience (required)
- Dealership Technician experience (required)
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram certification (CDJR Level 2–3 preferred)
- ASE Certification(s) a plus
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiar with electronic MPI platforms (Xtime, MyKaarma, etc)
- Comfortable in a bumper to bumper shop environment. Aptitude to diagnose heavy line, electrical, transmission and emissions faults.
