This is not your typical administrative position. While you'll support daily operations, you'll also play an active role in marketing initiatives, communications, community outreach, and special projects. You'll work closely with executive leadership and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, making this an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include a combination of administrative support and marketing-related projects, including:
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and coordinate office operations
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with organizing company events and community outreach initiatives
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Create and schedule social media content
- Assist with newsletters, blogs, and internal communications
- Design simple marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms
- Help maintain our website and online presence
- Organize files, maintain databases, and prepare reports
- Support special projects across operations, business development, and marketing
- Perform other duties as needed in a growing organization
Ideal Candidate
- We're looking for someone with hustle, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate is:
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Passionate about healthcare, mental health, substance use treatment, or addiction recovery
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- A hard worker who enjoys being busy and solving problems
- Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Skills
- Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:
- Canva
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Basic graphic design
- Photography or videography
- WordPress
- ChatGPT or other AI productivity tools
