Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about events, facilities, and services offered
- Manage guest inquiries both in person and via phone or digital communication channels with clarity and professionalism
- Assist with event setup, including manual handling of equipment and supplies, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Support event management activities such as ticketing, registration, and crowd control using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Enforce safety protocols including first aid administration, CPR certification requirements, and emergency response procedures when necessary
- Handle conflicts or guest concerns promptly with conflict management skills to ensure positive resolutions
- Support outdoor activities or venue operations that may involve heavy lifting or outdoor work experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in events management, hospitality, retail sales, or food service is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively and provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
- Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; lifeguard or pool safety experience is a plus
- Experience working with children or in resort or theater settings is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest interactions
- Comfortable working outdoors and adhering to safety protocols during outdoor activities or events
