OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs any functions necessary, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and the community in which it serves.
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
2. Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
3. Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
4. Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks. Will create and maintain a QC schedule.
6. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Additional duties as required within the HR department.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
3. Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
INDEPENDENT ACTION:
Performs work within established guidelines and according to specific procedures. May resolve some problems rather than referring them to manager.
