We empower patients to take control of their health by providing affordable, convenient lab testing — no doctor's referral required. Our Pleasanton lab is the newest addition to the network, privately owned and independently operated. We’re currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service.
- Collecting and processing lab specimens, including venipuncture blood draws (phlebotomy).
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Preparing and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Taking a lead role in onboarding, mentoring, and supporting junior staff as our team grows
- Partnering with management on performance goals, workflow improvements, and business development
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a CA certified phlebotomist or registered nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in person, on the phone, as well as written
- A natural ability to put patients at ease, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the right lab tests with confidence and care

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:
- Phlebotomy: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) (Required)
