Accounts Receivable Specialist
Northcoast Property Management Co., LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys working with people just as much as numbers. Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Receive, verify, post, and reconcile incoming payments.
- Prepare invoices, account statements, deposits, and payment reports.
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing questions promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payment options, and billing inquiries.
- Send payment reminders and assist with collection efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
- Generate financial and aging reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting homeowners and board members with questions.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the accounting team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience preferred.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience helpful.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously, even in challenging situations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and dependability.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
