We are looking for individuals who have a passion for Wigle products, creating craft cocktails, and providing a legendary guest experience to join our Front-of-House team at Wigle Whiskey.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Receives orders from patrons and wait staff.

Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.

Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening of the bar.

Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized.

Attractively displays glasses and liquor bottles.

Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.

Uses proper judgment and, when necessary, refuses service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive.

Submits orders or creates requisition forms for liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies.

Stocks refrigerating units with mixers, garnishes, and bottled beer.

Stocks liquor and taps kegs.

Removes empty bottles and trash.

Takes food orders and delivers to guests.

Assists with menu creation, including classic and seasonal cocktails and mocktails.

Assists bartenders with washing glassware and cutting and preparing condiments and garnishes.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Possess working knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines.

Display strong guest service skills at all times.

Obtain certification for the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) on the first day of hire.

Must be able to accurately and efficiently calculate basic mathematical solutions.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to problem solve.

Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices.

Excellent knowledge of back-of-the-house, ordering, and inventory systems.

Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, weekends and holidays.
