Line Cook/Prep Cook position available at an Asian fusion, fine dinning restaurant in downtown, Fort Wayne, IN.
Duties/responsibilities include:
- Prepare food for service, including chopping/cleaning vegetables, cutting meat, etc
- Keeping up in a fast-paced kitchen environment on the line
- Maintain clean working station during work
- Be able to comply with ServSafe safety standards
- Be able to carry up to 50lbs
- Perform receiving duties
- Perform basic inventory
