Position Overview
The Franchise Recruiter/Administrative Assistant position is the first point of contact for potential AFC Franchise owners. Franchise recruiters are responsible for assisting applicants who are interested in becoming a franchisee for our AFC Sushi locations. Franchise recruiters should enjoy working with individuals to help determine which locations would be a good fit for the applicants.
Job Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current franchisees, providing support by phone, email, and occasionally in person.

Guide applicants through the application process, ensuring all forms, documents, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and onboarding progress in internal systems.

Must be able to negotiate and ‘close the deal’ with potential franchisees.

Represent the franchise brand professionally by providing clear, accurate, and consistent information about requirements, fees, and support. Maintain a positive, trustworthy presence that reflects the company’s values and reinforces confidence in the franchise opportunity.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Key Qualifications & Experience

High School graduate or equivalent, AA/Bachelor's a plus

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
