Boyer RV and Boyer Marine are combining! With this change, we are excited to hire a Full-Time, Seasonal salesperson to help sell boats, RVs, trailers, golf carts, E-bikes and a variety of accessories.
If you have a love for any or all of these outdoor activities, this is a great opportunity to immerse yourself and learn more while helping other enthusiasts find the products that will work best for them.
No experience is required but some sales experience is preferred. RV or boat ownership are also considered as experience, so if that's you, please apply!
In season, this is a commission based job with the ability to earn $10,000+ per month (yes, we actually mean that!). It is a permanent job, full time (Mon-Sat) from approximately February - October with a partial layoff in the winter. We usually work 1 day per week in the winter and benefits continue all year.
Responsibilities
- Help customer's through their purchase of an RV, Trailer, Marine or Powersports product
- Learn to conduct feature-benefit presentations on products that we sell
- Follow up with customer leads to retain customers and close sales
- Work with our service department to help customers with accessory add ons
- Help the sales team to maintain the sales lot and other facilities
- Set up and work occasional off site shows
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Requirements
- Must qualify for PA Vehicle Sales License (must pass a criminal background check)
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and to perform physical activity such as snow shoveling
