Direct Marketing Representative (Entry Level)

Luxuriate Management specializes in in-person marketing, customer engagement, and entry-level sales support for national brands. We’re looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, building rapport, and learning how to drive customer interest. This role includes hands-on training and day-to-day experience inside partnered retail locations.
About the Role
As a Direct Marketing Representative, you’ll interact with customers face-to-face, share product information, and support promotional sales activities. Your work will focus on creating positive interactions, answering questions, and helping drive new customer interest. No prior sales or marketing experience is required—training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through in-person marketing and basic sales presentations inside retail locations
- Share product details, explain current promotions, and assist with customer questions
- Support daily marketing and sales initiatives
- Participate in training sessions focused on customer engagement and sales techniques
- Provide friendly, professional, customer-facing service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and initiating conversations
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Interest in learning sales and marketing fundamentals
- Willingness to participate in training and coaching
