What You Will Do
- Provide Physical Therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Carry out individualized plans of care
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional movement activities
- Monitor patient response and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on exercises, movement, and recovery
- Support patients through each stage of rehabilitation
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists on treatment progression
- Participate in clinical education, case reviews, and mentorship
- Help maintain a professional, supportive, and patient-focused environment

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Tennessee or eligible for Tennessee licensure
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Kinesiology or Exercise Science background highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
