We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage a specific group of assigned customers. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, ensuring consistent, high-level service and building strong customer relationships.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular daily checkin with all assigned customers to create visibility into available capacity and overall capabilities.

Sales & Opportunity Development: Proactively sell the full range of Trucking services including Dedicated Linehaul, Temperature Controlled, OTR, Local Pickup & Delivery (P&D) & Yard Hostler Services. Identify and develop new opportunities for growth within your customer base.

Pricing, Building, and Tracking: Accurately price, build, and track all assigned business opportunities. Ensure that each opportunity meets or exceeds the desired or anticipated results and expectations.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to your customers at all times, responding promptly to inquiries and requests, and ensuring that their needs are met effectively.

Revenue & Margin Growth: Consistently work towards meeting targeted revenue and margin growth goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Availability: Be available to your customers beyond standard business hours when necessary, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to their success.

Deliver highlevel service and responsiveness that exceeds customer expectations.

Build strong, longterm relationships with customers through consistent engagement and communication.

Work towards achieving revenue and margin growth targets, ensuring your accounts' success and satisfaction.

Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Detailoriented with the ability to track business opportunities and outcomes.

Experience with McLeod LoadMaster or similar TMS preferred.
