Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a retail or event setting to promote and sell Primo Water products
- Educate customers about product benefits and subscription options
- Upsell additional products and services to meet sales goals
- Maintain a positive, professional presence at all times
- Track leads, interactions, and sales accurately
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality
- Coachable and motivated to learn
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-focused, high-energy environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
