Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent/Foreman for a mid-sized Utility Construction Company serving NC and SC. This candidate must have the ability and leadership to manage 4 to 5-man crews for Underground Water and Sewer Construction. The candidate should be able to manage daily operations to improve field productivity across various locations. This individual must be a problem-solver and able to think on their feet. Must be able to read and understand construction drawings and plans. Must have the ability to shoot and lay out grades and structures.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience installing Water and Sewer systems for commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Water and Sewer installation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
