If you’re a closer, know how to get in front of surgeons, and already have relationships inside hospitals, we want to talk.
We’re looking for an aggressive, motivated rep or independent sub-contractor to drive adoption of a multi-specialty, implantable Class II surgical device.
This is not a “maintain the territory” opportunity. We want someone who hunts, opens doors, gets into the OR, builds surgeon confidence, and wins business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proven surgical device sales experience
- Existing hospital, surgeon, OR, or ASC relationships is a major plus
- Comfortable selling into multiple specialties
- Self-directed, competitive, and relentless
- Strong clinical selling and case-support skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you build the business, not wait for leads
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, confident in clinical environments, and capable of independently developing a territory. If you already have the relationships and want a product you can take to the market and make noise with, let’s talk.

Qualifications:
- Medical device, surgical, biologics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience
- Operating-room or surgical case coverage experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Ability to satisfy hospital credentialing requirements
- Availability for scheduled cases and early-morning coverage
This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is competitive and tied to sales performance, account development, and territory growth. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced representative seeking to expand their surgical portfolio and build a high-potential territory with the support of a growing medical distribution company.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
