Strive On Logistics, a FedEx Ground contractor, is now hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers to service routes in White Cloud and Fremont. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals ready to grow with a company that values hard work and work-life balance.

Job Overview
- Operate a FedEx box truck (no CDL required)
- Deliver 120–150 stops per day
- Use scanners and GPS to complete routes efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Schedule: Both Full-time and Part-time positions available!
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and chauffeur’s license
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
- Able to lift and maneuver packages up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Previous experience with Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, or military service is a plus
