About the Role:
We're a growing mobile detailing company serving the Destin and Santa Rosa Beach area. We're looking for a dependable Mobile Detailing Tech to join our team on a flexible, on-call basis. This role is ideal for someone who wants control over their schedule and the opportunity to earn based on the work they complete.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations (residential and commercial) to perform exterior washes, interior cleans, and full detail services
- Use company-provided equipment and chemicals to deliver high-quality results
- Maintain professionalism and represent the brand well with customers
- Communicate availability and accept job assignments as they come in
Compensation:
This is a per-job, commission-based position. You earn 35% of the ticket price for every completed job:
- Exterior Wash: $25–$55 per job
- Interior Clean: $35–$65 per job
- Full Detail: $55–$105 per job
Earnings scale directly with how many jobs you take — there's no cap. Pay varies week to week based on job volume and is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
- Available for flexible, on-call scheduling (not a fixed shift)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Prior detailing experience a plus, but not required — training provided
Equipment & Supplies:
All equipment (pressure washer, vacuum) and chemicals/supplies are provided by the company. You're only responsible for your vehicle and your time.
