Lead Production Painter – Interior, Exterior & Cabinetry
We are looking for a skilled Lead Production Painter to manage residential interior, exterior, and cabinetry projects with high attention to detail and efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can execute jobs independently while maintaining high quality, client professionalism, and clean jobsite discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and manage daily workflow with minimal supervision
- Advanced masking and surface prep for interiors, exteriors, and cabinetry
- Spray, brush, and roll applications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate proactively with clients and management
Requirements:
- 3+ years residential painting experience
- Cabinetry experience preferred
- Own basic painting tools and reliable transportation
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
