As a Customer Sales Associate, you will assist customers with questions about Frontier services, provide clear information about available options, and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided.

Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate
- Greet customers within a retail setting and provide friendly, professional service.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about available Frontier services.
- Assist customers with service inquiries and account-related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner as a Customer Sales Associate.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support daily store operations and administrative tasks.
- Work with team members to meet customer service and sales goals.

Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate
