Sign Pros Inc. is a sign manufacturing and installation company serving businesses throughout the Seattle metro area — from Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Issaquah to Kent, Renton, and Auburn. We design, build, and install custom signage for businesses of all sizes, and we're looking for a skilled installer to join our growing team.
Position Summary
We're hiring an experienced Custom Sign Installer to handle the installation of a wide variety of sign types — from storefront and monument signs to channel letters and elevated wall-mounted signage. This role requires solid hands-on tool experience and comfort working at height.
Responsibilities
- Install custom signage at customer sites, including channel letters, monument signs, wall signs, and interior/dimensional signage
- Read and interpret installation drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Work from ladders, lifts (boom/scissor), and other elevated platforms to complete high-mounted installations
- Perform site surveys to confirm measurements, mounting surfaces, and access requirements prior to installation
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local code/permit requirements
- Load, transport, and handle signage and materials safely
- Communicate professionally with customers and property staff on-site
- Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection and equipment inspection procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience with hand and power tools required (electrical, drilling, fastening, etc.)
- Comfortable and experienced working at elevation, including ladders and aerial lifts
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift [XX] lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and punctual, dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a two-person install crew
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sign installation experience
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
