Millrose Therapy is a Speech and Occupational Therapy Clinic serving the local Garland area. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to pediatric patients. Our mission is to empower our clients through compassionate, personalized therapy, and we're looking for a committed Full-Time or Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a valued member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with a variety of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders. Your expertise will help create transformative outcomes for children and families, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality care is being offered for a case load of 15-25 patients, averaging 30-50 visits per week.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Design and implement tailored Plans of Care, setting both short-term and long-term goals for each patient's unique needs.
- Document all therapy sessions, including treatment notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, evaluations, and necessary appeals or letters.
- Maintain professionalism and foster strong interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and team members.
- Educate and collaborate with families to ensure effective skill carryover and support at home.
- Stay current with industry standards by maintaining required continuing education units and licensure.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and families.
- A valid and current Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with a range of communication and/or swallowing disorders, including speech sound disorders, language disorders, autism, and other developmental disabilities.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
