Our high-volume clinic is seeking a qualified Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about helping others and creating exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, self-motivated, a quick learner, and able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
As a key member of our team, the Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of the clinic. Often considered the "quarterback" of the practice, this position serves as the central point of communication between patients, providers, and support staff. As the first point of contact, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, collecting copayments, answering phone calls and text messages promptly, and assisting patients with their questions and needs. You will work closely with our providers to help patients stay on track with their care plans, coordinate recommended services, and communicate any concerns that may impact their treatment progress. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting patients on their journey toward better health and wellness.

Pay: $20-22/hour depending on experience
Hours: Early morning & Afternoon/evening hours REQUIRED
Monday : 11am-7pm
Tuesday or Thursday: 11am - 7pm
Wednesday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 6am-2pm
Days and hours may be flexible and could change.
