Job Overview
An established and growing restoration company is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Business Development Manager to drive new business growth throughout the Houston market.
In this role, you will be the face of the organization within your assigned territory, developing and maintaining relationships with property managers, facility managers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, commercial property owners, restoration partners, insurance professionals, and community leaders.
Your primary responsibility will be creating long-term partnerships that position our company as the trusted restoration partner when emergencies occur.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy.
- Prospect new commercial accounts through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry involvement.
- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers including property managers, facility directors, engineers, and ownership groups.
- Generate new commercial opportunities throughout your assigned territory.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting activities.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, Chambers of Commerce, BOMA, IFMA, Apartment Associations, and other industry organizations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct property walkthroughs and facility assessments.
- Deliver Lunch & Learn presentations and emergency preparedness meetings.
- Become a trusted resource before losses occur.
- Maintain regular client communication through visits, calls, emails, and appreciation events.
- Grow existing client relationships and identify additional opportunities.
- Partner with Operations to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Communicate project expectations and client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and client appreciation initiatives.
- Assist with collections when necessary.
- Provide accurate forecasting and weekly activity reporting.

Compensation
- Competitive Base Salary
- Uncapped Commission Program

Expected Earnings: $65,000–$120,000 annually
