Restaurant Manager – Marley’s Bar & Grill

Marley’s Bar & Grill is looking for a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
We’re not looking for someone who simply manages shifts—we’re looking for a leader who takes ownership, leads by example, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience while holding the team accountable.
Responsibilities
Lead daily front-of-house operations while supporting overall restaurant performance
Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to company standards
Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Monitor labor, sales, and operational efficiency
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Work closely with ownership and the management team to drive sales and improve operations
Help create a positive, energetic, and professional work environment
Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service restaurant preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience managing labor, scheduling, and guest relations
Nights, weekends, and holidays are required
ServSafe certification is a plus
