Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Care

BrightStar Care is looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses who are confident with infusions, injections, assessments, and wound care. This role is a great fit if you like flexibility, want to pick your own schedule, or prefer per diem work.
You’ll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, building real relationships while delivering high-quality care.
What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Provide wound care and administer injections
- Start and maintain IVs, and deliver IV/IG infusion therapy
- Access and manage ports
- Complete lab draws and handle specimen drop-offs
- Document all care accurately using electronic charting systems
- Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care in a home setting
What You Need
- Active, unrestricted Oregon RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with IV therapy, infusions, and wound care (at least 1 year)
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Phlebotomy experience
- CVAD experience
- Advanced certifications
