Duties
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including classic, gel, acrylic, and nail art designs with precision and care
- Offer additional nail treatments such as nail extensions, nail care consultations, and dermabrasion for skin refinement
- Apply and maintain eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments to meet client needs
- Educate clients on nail health, color theory, and proper aftercare to ensure long-lasting results
- Upsell retail products like nail care items, skincare products, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and creating a positive experience
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, color theory, and current trends in nail art and design
- Experience with advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions, esthetic laser procedures, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and barbering is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
- Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety protocols
- Familiarity with retail math for upselling products effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
