*Overview* - We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel in Holland, MI. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during late hours and providing exceptional service to guests.
*Duties* - Conducting the audit process during the night shift - Checking in late-arriving guests and handling any guest inquiries or concerns - Processing reservations and cancellations accurately - Responding to guest inquiries promptly - Maintaining a secure environment by following hotel safety protocols - Folding laundry -Maintain a clean lobby/public areas - Assist in proper breakfast set up - Your choice of 8 or 10 hour shifts.
*Requirements* - Previous experience in a hotel setting or hospitality industry is preferred, not required - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members- Maintain a professional appearance with good hygiene habits - Dependability and reliable transportation.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
