As an AT&T Authorized Dealer, our Sales Associate team plays a vital role in helping residents stay connected through personalized, in-person interactions. As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Meet with residents in-person to present AT&T products and services
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend the best solutions
- Deliver a high-quality in-person customer experience as an Sales Associate
- Educate residents on AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions
- Drive sales results by building trust and relationships in-person
- Represent AT&T professionally in every interaction
- Assist customers through the full sales and enrollment process
- Participate in daily training to improve as a Sales Associate
- Maintain consistent in-person engagement with residents
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Associate:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
