As a Client Service Associate , you’ll represent telecommunication services directly to customers, guiding them through options and helping them enroll in programs that keep them connected. What You’ll Do as a Client Service Associate :
- Engage with customers in person through community outreach and face-to-face sales consultations
- Deliver clear, confident presentations of telecom products and services
- Assist customers with enrollment and applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Generate new leads and build relationships within the local community
- Track activity and follow up with prospects to close sales
- Collaborate with fellow Client Service Associate team members to hit goals
What We’re Looking For in a Client Service Associate :
- Age: 18 years or older
- Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions

- Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred
