Bachelor's degree required
7+ years in designing, leading, and/or supporting interactive experiences with senior leader audiences.
Demonstrated experience in translating subject-matter content into interactive experience designs and conversations to support meaningful dialogue and learning
Experience in people management required; able to attract and develop talent.
Strong facilitation design capability, including experience crafting conversation formats, session flows, and interactive elements aligned to clear learning or strategic objectives.
Ability to work effectively with subject-matter experts, conducting intake and preparation to convert expertise into facilitation guides, slide decks, and participant-centered experiences.
Demonstrated skill at training and preparing presenters or facilitators to strengthen delivery, engagement, and alignment with intended outcomes as well as giving direct, constructive feedback
Experience designing facilitation assets and reusable tools (e.g., guides, prompts, decks, conversation supports) that enable others to deliver consistently high-quality experiences.
Comfortable working across formats, including large convenings, small-group sessions, and 1:1 advisory or consultative conversations.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering with diverse stakeholders (i.e. events, operations, or production teams) to ensure logistical execution supports.
Ability to observe group dynamics and make real-time or iterative adjustments to facilitation design, pacing, and flow to support engagement and outcomes.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail, including experience drafting clear, concise, and audience-appropriate reports, briefs, or guidance materials.
Background in or experience with health systems, health care, physician workforce, and/or well-being and burnout preferred.
Overnight travel to US-based locations multiple times per year required.
