Harley-Davidson of Lynchburg is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Motor Clothes department. This role focuses on selling Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, and merchandise while creating a great experience for every customer who walks through the door.
This is a sales-focused retail position in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Schedule (Full-Time)
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Seasonal Sundays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Closed Mondays.
Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
- Sell Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, and merchandise
- Recommend additional products and add-on items
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Operate the POS system and process transactions
- Assist with promotions, events, and dealership activities
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience required
- Comfortable engaging customers and driving sales
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer and POS system experience
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
