Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Custodian to help keep our Condominium Association spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready. If you take pride in clean spaces and enjoy working in a beautiful environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, and laundry rooms
- Maintaining cleanliness of the office, post office, recreation hall, exercise room and common areas
- Restocking supplies and reporting maintenance needs
- Assisting Maintenance Supervisor with Pool Cleaning, Pool and Water Plant testing and logging of data. Training provided.
- Following cleanliness and safety standards.
What we're looking for:

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliability and professionalism
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
- Valid Florida's Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Able to life 50 pounds, push, pull, climb, and walk for most of the day.

Expected hours: 24 per week, additional hours possible
Expected work schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am - 3:30pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch, 2-15 minute breaks.
