**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing and executing various installation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trim carpentry, and custom closet installation. Custom Closet Installation experience is required.
**Duties:**
- Manage and lead installation projects from start to finish
- Utilize schematics and blueprints to guide installation
- Conduct trim carpentry tasks as needed
-Conduct custom closet installation from start to finish.
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance and safety.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in trim carpentry.
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for installations
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
-Experience installing custom closets or similar.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
