The Demo Company is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Support Services team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude, the ability to create new systems and processes, and be customer service-focused. Everyone falls into one of two groups, givers or takers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for Timesheet review and corrections.
- Process Expenses and PerDiems.
- Project Close-Out and Recordkeeping.
- Process paperwork for construction site badging.
- Tracking employee licenses and certifications.
- Assist with bid documents,
- Set up new projects in multiple systems.
- Prepare project submittals.
- Assist with project change orders, schedule of values and billing projections.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required education and skills needed but not limited to the following:
- 3-5 years of construction (preferably demolition or abatement) experience
- Knowledge of job costing principles
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel
- Acute attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to interact professionally and productively with staff at all levels, including firm leadership. Strong customer service skills are needed to build and maintain relationships
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Self-starter. Capable of working productively in a team setting, as well as independently

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
