This is a full-time, in-office leadership position based in North Austin.

Natural Fit Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient and mobile therapy practice dedicated to helping Austinites stay active, independent, and healthy throughout retirement.
Our services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Wellness Programs. We provide care in our North Austin outpatient clinic, independent living communities, and patients' homes throughout the greater Austin area.

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a General Manager who is excited to help build systems, develop people, strengthen partnerships, and create an exceptional experience for both our patients and employees.
Position Overview
The General Manager serves as the operational leader of Natural Fit Therapy. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting clinical and administrative teams, driving key performance indicators, managing recruiting efforts, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional patient and employee experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and energized by helping a growing business reach its full potential.
What You'll be Responsible For......
Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee daily operations for both the Mobile Therapy Team and Outpatient Clinic
- Ensure schedules, workflows, and processes run efficiently
- Monitor therapist productivity and visit targets
- Lead weekly Mobile Team meetings and company communications
- Develop, coach, and support staff through regular check-ins and performance conversations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Partner closely with ownership to drive strategic initiatives and company growth
Recruiting & Talent Management
- Lead recruiting efforts for therapists and administrative staff
- Manage hiring, onboarding, employee development, and offboarding processes
- Help build and maintain a strong company culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Maintain and update employee policies, procedures, and handbook materials
Business Operations & Financial Management
- Create, collect, and track Home Health invoices
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing
- Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- Track payments, EOBs, and outstanding balances
- Conduct patient financial conversations regarding co-pays, deductibles, and wellness services
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Relationship Management & Growth
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and facility partners
- Support existing partnerships while identifying opportunities for growth
- Coordinate and support marketing events within independent living communities
- Assist with business development initiatives and community outreach
- Continuously seek creative ways to improve the patient experience
Systems & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and training materials
- Serve as a resource for technology systems and process implementation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team effectiveness
- Ensure operational consistency across all service lines
What We're Looking For.........
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership, operations, office management, healthcare management, or business management experience
- Proven experience leading teams and managing employee performance
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and operational reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare management experience
- Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience with CRM, EMR, or practice management systems
- Experience supporting payroll, billing, or financial operations
- Experience in a growing small business environment
