The Business Development Center Representative plays a crucial role in driving growth and enhancing customer relationships within our organization. You're the first voice to our guests when they consider our dealership when calling, emailing us, or chatting online for the Sales department.
While this is not a customer-facing role in the traditional sense of meeting and greeting the customer in person, your efforts are paramount in creating a comfortable, welcoming experience and building a relationship of trust before the guest ever arrives on our campus to do service. So many customers come in wanting to meet the nice person they spoke to on the phone!
Compensation includes hourly plus commission

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales with a strong understanding of business development principles.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
- Experience making outbound calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strategic planning capabilities to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients through various communication channels to generate leads and build relationships via outbound calls, texts, emails.
- Utilize CRM software to track & manage leads, and schedule appointments.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
