Job Summary
As our Receptionist and Assistant to the Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire visit. This role goes far beyond answering phones; it is a dynamic position where hospitality meets operational support. You will ensure the front of the house runs flawlessly, assist clients in selecting the best products and services, and provide crucial, day-to-day support to the manager. Duties
- Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk with a high degree of integrity and trustworthiness, managing client check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
- Client Hospitality: Greet every client with warmth and professionalism, and prepare requested beverages to elevate their experience.
- Product & Service Guidance: Expertly explain our services and retail products, actively helping clients make selections that best fit their needs.
- Space Maintenance: Thoroughly clean, tidy, and reset client areas between appointments to maintain our pristine atelier standards.
- Supply Management: Keep all operational and hospitality supplies fully stocked and ready at a moment's notice, including prepping hot towels and other essential materials.
- Managerial Support: Act as the faithful support to the manager, assisting with administrative tasks, daily errands, and any other duties as needed to keep the business running smoothly.
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
