Second Wave Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice serving communities throughout Ventura County. What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions and select neurological diagnoses
- Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and referring providers as needed
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records
- Prepare discharge summaries and outcome reports
- Delegate appropriate tasks to rehabilitation technicians
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state regulations
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented clinic culture
Clinical Schedule
- Approximately 1–2 patients per hour
- 60-minute initial evaluations
- 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions
- Focus on quality patient interactions rather than high-volume scheduling

Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
Location
Positions are available across multiple Ventura County clinic locations. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to their assigned clinic.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
