Step into a hands-on management role. You will run the service line, handle opening or closing duties as a key holder, and work right alongside the crew. We teach you how to prep food, manage the cash drawer, and keep the store running smoothly during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Some college education
- 1 to 2 years of previous job experience
- Reliable transportation to the Cottonwood Dr location
- Flexible schedule availability to run variable shifts
Daily Tasks
- Direct crew assignments and maintain fast, accurate service while running your shift.
- Work as a hands-on leader by jumping on the prep stations, cooking, and serving food.
- Act as a responsible key holder for the restaurant.
- Balance end-of-day (EOD) financial reports and manage the cash drawer.
- Train new hires on kitchen equipment and guide them through operational standards.
- Execute daily cleaning routines to keep the dining room and prep areas sanitary.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
