Parking Compliance Field Officer – Daytime, Evening and Overnight Shifts
Culliver Parking Enforcement Group LLC is hiring dependable Parking Compliance Field Officers to provide professional parking-compliance coverage at assigned commercial and multifamily properties in the Wesley Chapel/ Decatur and Riverdale areas.
This is a structured field position requiring punctuality, attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to work independently for extended periods.
Compensation
Starting pay: $8.25 per hour
- Overtime paid for eligible hours worked over 40 in a workweek
- On-duty business mileage reimbursement or approved vehicle allowance

Schedule
- Evening and overnight shifts
- Typical shifts are approximately six hours
- Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
- Approximately 24–42 hours per week, depending on assigned coverage
- Officers must remain at the assigned property for the full scheduled shift, except during approved breaks
Primary responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional parking-compliance presence at assigned properties
- Patrol parking areas on foot and, when authorized, by vehicle
- Monitor fire lanes, accessible parking spaces, double parking, loading areas, reserved spaces, and other posted parking restrictions
- Issue warning notices to fire-lane violators according to property instructions
- Photograph and document suspected parking violations
- Apply vehicle immobilization devices only after completing company training and only when authorized by written property rules, company procedures, and applicable law
- Respond professionally to residents, customers, visitors, and vehicle owners
- Wear and properly operate a company-issued body camera during enforcement actions and public interactions
- Complete accurate daily patrol logs, warning records, photographs, and incident reports
- Immediately report suspicious or criminal activity to management and the appropriate authorities
- Protect company equipment and return all issued equipment when requested
Vehicle requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A valid driver’s license
- A reliable, registered vehicle
- Current automobile insurance
- Insurance coverage permitting any required business use of the vehicle
- A reasonably clean driving record
- Willingness to display removable Culliver vehicle magnets while on duty
Proof of driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance will be required before assignment.
Company-provided equipment
Culliver will provide:
- Company polo uniform
- Reflective or equipment vest
- Body camera
- Flashlight
- Company identification card
- Removable vehicle magnets
- Warning notices and reporting materials
- Vehicle immobilization equipment for trained and authorized officers
Minimum qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Dependable transportation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to remain alert throughout evening and overnight shifts
- Ability to communicate calmly during confrontational situations
- Ability to take clear photographs and complete accurate written reports
- Ability to walk parking areas and lift or handle immobilization equipment
- Ability to pass a background check consistent with applicable law
- Willingness to complete all company and legally required training
Previous parking enforcement, towing, security, military, customer service, property management, or patrol experience is helpful but not required.
Strict performance expectations
This position is not suitable for applicants who regularly arrive late, leave assignments without permission, sleep while on duty, fail to complete reports, ignore company procedures, or engage in unnecessary arguments with vehicle owners.
Officers must enforce written parking rules consistently and professionally. Employees may not threaten, chase, detain, search, or physically confront anyone. Suspected criminal activity must be observed and reported rather than personally confronted.
