About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team at UG Group Financial in Madison, WI. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales within a specific geographic area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving personal sales goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Experience we are looking for:
- Experience in Account management or similar role
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
