Position Summary
Gardens Home Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning services for luxury residential homes. This position plays an important role in delivering a five-star experience by maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and care of our clients' homes while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and respect for their property.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, deep, and customized residential cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and sanitize all living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Clean countertops, appliances, cabinets, windows, mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds as requested.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Restock household supplies when requested.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns observed during service.
- Properly use and maintain company-provided cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow company cleaning procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure homes are secured upon arrival and departure.
- Maintain accurate job documentation using company software or mobile applications.
- Provide courteous, professional service while respecting client privacy and confidentiality.
- Support other home services, including move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanups, seasonal cleaning projects, and special requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or hospitality cleaning experience required.
- Experience working in high-end or luxury homes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain client confidentiality.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead.
- Lift and carry up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
- Push and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Climb stairs frequently.
- Perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Work indoors in varying residential environments.
