- Prepares yeast or mammalian cell lysates and growth media. (35%)
- Assists the Principal Investigator in nucleic acid or protein isolation and purification (10%)
- Performs molecular and cell biology techniques: PCR, immunofluorescence and immunoblotting
- Maintains laboratory stocks of sterile microfuge tubes, culture tubes, tips and replica-plating cloth (35%)
- Maintains accurate and detailed experimental records (10%)
