Requirements:

5+ years of California civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on employment litigation

Strong experience drafting motions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents

Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and able to provide reliable support to assigned attorneys

Experience working in a remote setting (preferred)

Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification; ideally both)

Base Salary Range: N$90k-$120k/year based on experience
