We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Record patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with X-ray procedures when necessary.
- Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and basic life support techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings such as clinics, hospitals, or Level I Trauma Centers.

- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate within the healthcare team.
- Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols for patient care in critical situations.
- Familiarity with coding practices for accurate billing and insurance processing.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting, particularly in medical-surgical or dermatology departments.
- Basic life support certification to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
- Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely and effectively when required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
