The Intensive Family Services (IFS) Manager provides clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for the Intensive Family Services Program. The Manager oversees the delivery of intensive, community-based behavioral health services designed to preserve families, reduce out-of-home placements, improve child and family functioning, and promote safety and stability.
The IFS Manager ensures compliance with agency policies, contractual requirements, state regulations, Medicaid standards, and accreditation standards while providing supervision, consultation, and support to multidisciplinary staff.
Functioning as a management team member, provide leadership and direction for the agency consistent with its mission and goals in the clinical area of assignment. Knowledge of CARF accreditation, related Florida statutes and Medicaid standards for behavioral healthcare.
· Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other mental health related discipline. License Preferred.
· Experience working with child welfare population preferred
· Minimum two (2) years work experience in the behavioral health care setting
· Minimum two (2) years supervisory and/or management experience
· Successful completion of background screening and valid driver's license
