About BioXRG:
BioXRG is a fast-growing start-up focused on developing and producing innovative fertilizer technologies that help improve agricultural productivity and sustainability. Unlike large commodity chemical plants, our facility combines manufacturing, product development, and hands-on problem solving in an entrepreneurial environment where employees have a direct impact on the success of the business.
Our operation runs 24/7 and produces specialty liquid and solid products for the agricultural industry. We are a small, close-knit team where individuals are trusted with responsibility, encouraged to contribute ideas, and given opportunities to expand their skills across operations, maintenance, process improvement, and leadership.
This is an opportunity to join a company that is actively investing in growth and technology while maintaining the agility and teamwork that only a small organization can provide.
Position Overview:
The Shift Leader is the senior operations representative on shift and plays a critical role in safely and efficiently operating our manufacturing facility. This position combines technical process operations, leadership, and problem-solving responsibilities.

The role serves as the primary decision-maker during nights, weekends, and off-hours and requires someone who can remain calm under pressure and effectively lead others through changing production demands.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making a visible impact rather than being one of hundreds of employees in a large organization. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to help shape operating procedures, train and mentor operators, improve manufacturing processes, and grow alongside the company as it continues to expand.
If you are the type of person who takes pride in building things, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants your ideas and leadership to matter, we would like to talk with you.
