Position Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Landscape Architect/Designer looking for an opportunity to work with an established construction operations team to push the boundaries of landscape design and increase our design/build exposure to the marketplace. This role combines creative vision with technical expertise, guiding both design development and on-site execution. You’ll collaborate with clients, and our design/build staff to ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of landscape design/build projects (residential and commercial) in increasing our exposure in the marketplace to our design build capabilities.
- Develop site and final plans, estimates, proposals and construction documents with the aid of a design support design team.
- Collaborate with clients to understand goals and present design concepts
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and crews to ensure design integrity during construction
- Oversee project's material selection, planting plans, and integration of masonry/stonework elements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Prospecting with architects/interior designers/builders/contractors for a referral network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or degree in Landscape Architecture or a Horticulture related field and/or 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture/design/sales, including project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of site planning, grading, planting design, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience collaborating with construction teams and managing budgets

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
