$30–$50/hr | Monday–Friday | Climate-Controlled Shop | Guaranteed Minimum Pay
We're hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for a busy, established independent repair shop in Manassas, VA. We're looking for a technician who can take a repair order, diagnose vehicle concerns, and complete quality repairs independently.
This is a full-time position with a 30-hour weekly minimum guarantee or turned hours, whichever is greater. You'll work Monday–Friday in a climate controlled shop.
ASE certifications are not required. If you're a strong automotive technician, that's what matters to us.
What You'll Work On
- General automotive repair and maintenance
- Automotive diagnostics and drivability concerns
- Check-engine-light diagnosis
- Light electrical diagnostic and install
- Brakes
- Steering and suspension
- Drivetrain and mechanical repairs
- Preventive maintenance
- Scan-tool and diagnostic-equipment testing
What We're Looking For
- Professional automotive repair experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with light electrical diagnosis
- Comfortable using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Own professional automotive tools for general repair and diagnostic work
- Valid driver's license
Dealership and independent-shop technicians are both encouraged to apply.
This is an experienced technician position and is not an entry-level or apprentice role.
